Importantly AntennaShop.com.au does not retain your payment information or sell / share / pass on your information with anyone else. |
| Will tax be added to my order? |
| No! All prices shown already include the goods and services tax (GST). |
| Do you have products in stock? |
| Unlike other stores, we do not sell a product unless we have it. Items that are not in stock will be display out of stock or back-order ensuring you know when an item’s not in stock. |
| Returns & Exchanges, Can I return an item purchased? |
| Yes, you can generally return anything you buy from us anytime up to 30 days from purchase. Contact us to discuss your issue and we’ll do our best to assist. |
| What happens if an item is faulty? |
| If an item arrives and it is in some way faulty ( does not work ) or broken, we will replace it immediately. Don’t worry, this hardly ever happens, but if it does we’ll look after you. Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll help you out. |
| Shipping, How long will it take to receive my order? |
| If you’re in a capital city you should generally receive your order within 3 business days. Regional areas can take up to 4-5 business days. |

| Your order will ship within 24 hours. We ship Monday to Friday. Orders before 3:30pm are generally shipped same day. |
