AntennaShop.com.au is a 100% on line company dedicated to providing purposeful, functional yet aesthetically pleasing antennas specifically for wireless devices.
AntennaShop.com.au is a trading name.
Can I talk to someone?

Unfortunately not, we provide an email address as our main and only mode of communication to our customers. For matter of urgency, call 0408 99 44 44 durring business hours

Do you have a store?
We have chosen not to posses a shop front.
Can I collect my ordered item?
Unfortunately not. Our warehouse facility has no public access.
Why would I buy from you?
Convenience , Product Range and Service.

International Orders, Do you ship outside Australia?
No unfortunately not. This is due to the difficulty in complying with all the various international import / export regulations.
Is your website secure?
Yes, all transactions are processed securely via either Eway or PayPal.
Eway and PayPal offer many protection benefits such as;
• Following every payment, PayPal provide you with an email confirming your transaction.
• AntennaShop.com.au receives payment from PayPal without ever seeing your financial information.
• A Buyer Complaint Policy in the unlikely event there is problem with your purchase.
Importantly AntennaShop.com.au does not retain your information or sell / share / pass on your information with anyone else.
Will tax be added to my order?
No! All prices shown already include the goods and services tax (GST).
Do you have products in stock?
Unlike other stores, we do not sell a product unless we have it. Items that are not in stock will be temporarily removed from the web site ensuring you cannot purchase an item that’s not in stock. So, if you can buy it... that means it's in stock.
Returns & Exchanges, Can I return an item purchased?
Yes, you can return anything you buy from us anytime up to 21 days from purchase.
Of course it has to be in new condition ( not used )
Returned the item for exchange or a full refund. Once the item is received it will be replaced or refunded.
What happens if an item is faulty?
If an item arrives and it is in some way faulty ( does not work ) or broken, we will replace it immediately. Don't worry, this hardly ever happens, but if it does we'll look after you. Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll help you out.
Shipping, How long will it take to receive my order?
If you're in a capital city you should generally receive your order within 3 business days. Regional areas can take up to 4-5 business days.
What delivery service do you use?
All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Post satchels.
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship within 24 hours. We ship Monday to Friday.
Where will my item ship from?
Your order will ship from our facility in Victoria
How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE (included in the purchase price
